The fry station is only full when lots of people are ordering fries. It's almost empty when service is slow. Even when the fry station is full fires are thrown out after a certain time and a new batch is made. McDonalds will never hand out fries that aren't enjoyable to eat. Try working at McDonalds. As someone who has worked at McD, that's the corporate line about how it's supposed to be...but that's not the reality.
