Britain and Poland had cracked the Enigma code, so we had intel, also we had radar so were taking on the German uboats significantly better. Russia had Germany tied up in big battles that exhausted the German resources, also a significantly portion of the German army consisted of people who didn't actually want to fight for them and were helping the allies where they could!
