It contains material from the two Halloween '81 concerts - a slightly different selection from these shows also appears on the Torture Never Stops DVD. One of the tracks on it is "Fine Girl," which sounds pretty much identical to the YDCTOSA Vol. 1 version (aside from the sound quality). It's played pretty much exactly as the Tinsel Town Rebellion version but with one major difference: the "We need some more like that" section is way shorter and not nearly as accomplished vocally.
