Instead of being honest and saying that they had no time to deliver your package because they were given too many, they lie and say they went to your door and you weren't there. It happened to me at least a few times that the truck clearly never showed up and still the tracking was updated to say I didn't respond. And I'm supposed to go pick it up at the facility miles away by printing up the online tracking page because obviously I don't have a notice at the door with the info. --- I don't hate people, people hate me. ...
