Overall I think I enjoyed it more than the original Love Live S1, but this clearly built on the foundation the first series set up so it feels unfair to compare them like that. I appreciated that the drama bomb with the third years was mostly confined to one episode, not like Kotori's BS in the original, and the conflict between the characters actually felt realistic (again, unlike Kotori's BS). Also, it was awful nice of Love Live to let Aqours do a full recap skit and then go backstage to change their outfits! S1 character ranking: Fallen Angel Yohane > Mari > Chika > Riko > You > Hanamaru > Ruby > Dia > Kanan I'm looking forward to starting season two but I also really need to finish Sound Euphonium so I might do that first. GranzonEx posted... I was annoyed that ~~Nozomi~~ didn't show up ~~at the shrine~~ I was annoyed too but at the same time this moment was amazing.
