Welcome to the Board 8 Hunger Games

Most of you know the drill by now. A bunch of user-nominated characters are thrown into a random generator that says who does what, who kills who, etc. The host uses the random output to write a story about how it all goes down. At the end, one winner is declared.

The 24th Hunger Games will be different. All the runner-ups and warriors from previous games, in addition to a group of fan favorites, will have one more chance to compete to try and be the 24th winner, and get entered into the Hunger Games XXV Championship

Every runner-up, as well as every character to get 5 or more kills (not including winners), will automatically be entered into the contest.

This leaves 14 slots to be selected from fan favorites. In the next post, I'll bring back the rosters from the previous games. Anyone may make their case for who should get in. We'll attempt to choose 15 favorites from the general consensus of the topic.
