The usual suspects are going to call you racist if you complain about the politicizing but it was definitely a flaw in the film. Calling white people "colonizers" just because they're white is pretty stupid.
It's a major justification for why Wakanda is isolated and also a major part of Killmonger's motivation so no it isn't.
Removing that is taking away the teeth of the movie.

What are you misunderstanding? A major part of the movie is how white people treated Africans (with colonization) and African-Americans (with oppression) and how that history leads to the events in Black Panther.
Uh the whole movie was about how some people from Wakanda thought Wakanda should flex its military muscle to take over the world, and how the Black Panther didn't want that to happen. The white stuff was only a part of the movie because of the one liners directed at white people, and nothing you said changes the fact that that was stupid. Especially since generalizing about all white people being colonizers is pretty racist in itself.
At least the movie was somewhat balanced in also pointing out that Africans and African Americans are different people in themselves, so I won't be unfair and say that it was completely biased. ---
