Basically dont eat for a period of time. The most popular ratio is 16/8. Thats 16 hours a day with 0 calories. Basically water and black coffee only. When your feeding window opens you eat normally. I do One Meal A Day (OMAD) where I literally only eat once a day. Ive lost 35.4 lbs since I started back in October.
