Topic	Mods: why is bumping dead topics not disruptive posting?

The topic died, and in the span of 2 weeks, Mysterybumper bumped this topic around roughly the same time each night for 2 weeks. Each post had me tagged. I would get a notification every morning when i logged in from this, but each time the post was deleted, and this account did this crap every day for 2 weeks in that topic alone. There is no reason for an account like this, WHO HAS THE NAME MYSTERYBUMPER, to be active.
