| MabusIncarnate 02/17/18 5:59:35 PM #16: | In Atlanta, a lot of the roads after a certain time, I believe it was between 2am til 5am, most traffic lights were set to blink yellow disabling the standard green, yellow, red traffic light, which means you treat it as a stop sign. You still stop, and then proceed ahead as you would a normal stop sign. I think this should be the case everywhere, smaller towns, have it run from like 11pm or midnight til 5 or 6 in the morning depending on traffic patterns. --- Ten million dollars on a losing campaign Twenty million starving and writhing in pain ...
