Movies and TV are just kind of a natural progression of things. TV has been pretty interracial for a while now. It was motion pictures that were lagging behind. They were proud to be diverse when it was a show for which you take it or leave it, but they were reluctant to be inclusive when it came to movies which people had to pay ticket prices for. I'm glad Hollywood is finally stepping up and saying, "You know what? Fuck you. If an interracial couple is enough to keep you from watching a film, we don't want your money anyway."
