Our police department is in the same building, so people are pretty tame. I've gotten hands on a good week at least 2 or 5 times a week. People on drugs are strong as shit Word. In my first two weeks here, had a 140lb kid drag 5 of us, while he was handcuffed. Shit man my first two weeks I had a crackhead on K2 take us for a ride and it took 4 of us to bring him down. Yeah spice/k2 is nuts. Haven't seen it around here in a long time thankfully. Everyone here as moved on to opioids, so more falling asleep/overdoses than anything. Yeah Newark is always full of idiots finding the worst kind of drugs and trying to hurt themselves or others when high.
