For the longest time she's been telling me she wants to exercise and i told her how much important calorie counting is but she refuses to do so and thinks she can consciously lose weight by "choosing healthier options" and exercising. little does she know her fucking protein shake is like 300 calories a cup. anyways she gave in and started calorie counting.
