Topic	My windows 10 computer has been booting slowly ever since some update

Check your update history, and see if the same two KBs have been "successfully installed" several times each day. 1607 has a huge problem with repeatedly attempting to install a couple KBs, then randomly attempting (and failing) at upgrading to 1709.
