| Doctor Foxx 02/15/18 4:30:48 PM #10: | There are restrictions on guns in the United States. If possessing a firearm is an inalienable right, these restrictions should not exist. Most people do agree that the restrictions in place are valuable such as requiring a firearm owner to be an adult, or restricting ownership for people with violent criminal histories. So why can there not be further restrictions on this "right"? The Second Amendment doesn't say that you're free to own all weapons or firearms.
