I don't understand this argument Especially when a larger population theoretically means better tax programs for everyone. Imagine you're having dinner for 4 people at your home. You're in charge of preparations. Ok now let's imagine you're having dinner for 400 people, and you're in charge of preparations. Then they'd have 100 people in charge of preparations instead.
