And the only purpose of gun regulation laws are to curtail murder laws. Someone that is willing to ignore speeding laws is still going to be unlikely to ignore robbery laws. Laws are important, but there has to be some reasoning to believe that a person will subjectively follow it. If someone is willing to commit the worst crime our society recognizes, no other law is going to be a barrier to stop that behavior. Whats he going to do?
