You would have to ask yourself a couple of hard questions TC:

1. Why does she want you back? Is it because financial support? Does she believe she made a mistake in leaving you, are you her "safety net" to fall back on now that things have gone wrong (ask yourself, why is she coming back to you while pregnant with another man's baby?) or is she genuine?

2. Are you absolutely okay with raising a child that is not biologically yours? You can get it to be officially yours, but can you make peace with the fact that it is another man's child?

3. Are you certain the relationship is going to last this time? Is there no chance she might ditch you and run, because this time you'll not just miss her, but the child too. Or, she might dump the child on you and run anyway. Make sure that this isn't just a relationship through convenience.

4. Be sure to get everything black on white, be careful that you aren't ending up paying child support for a child that isn't yours. Don't let yourself get sweet talked with things like "you'll make a wonderful father", I have no doubt that you will, just make sure you aren't being taken advantage of.
