Topic	Has anyone else considered moving to another country before having kids?

My wife has spent some time in Central Europe and I visited, so maybe around there; though itd have to be somewhere safe, obviously, some of those countries arent which would defeat the purpose. Which countries in Central Europe don't you consider safe? I dont claim to be educated enough off-hand to make any declarative statements. I just know spots like Hungary have been dicey for a while, though maybe thats considered more Eastern. I know Germany is at least in some flux as well.
