It should be allowed, but the church should be allowed to turn them down on religious grounds too.
If they want to use religous reason, then they should follow the bible to the "T" instead of cherrypicking what suits their needs.
Its not cherry picking just stating what is ok or not. Like if you are into porn and stuff that is just as bad, its just that gays are the only ones wanting to change how the church views their teachings, like i guess people remarrying is also a problem for not sticking. But its not like they try to say we should interpret porn as normal christian doctrine.
Thats the problem here. Want to get married no prob, just should just not accept the lifestyle on as a whole. So that would be the problem solved in my view. Both get what they want out of it. And if they ever change their view they can always go back to the church or read the bible to avoid doing it again. Just sounds like the best way to do it about in terms of marriage. Lifestyle wise you can condemn it in many ways, gays, porn junkies or whatever.
Its cherry picking because they are still breaking all of their bibles rules, Love thy neighbor, unless they're gay or doesn't believe the same as me I guess. Churches take in criminals, murders, and rapists but those gays are too much for us.
And no one wants anyone to change the Christian view, they literally just want to not be condemned for living and be treated like people, how horrible.
