Get the fuck outta here with that yoga shit! That's an after thought activity if you want a man to wrap your legs around your head like a pretzel. But FIRST. You gotta stop being so godamn self conscious. Everyone that has ever been to a gym had to start small. Nobody is judging you, nobody even cares that you're there, unless you drop 300lbs on your own neck.

Pick body parts you want to work on. Cardio is a good start, but you have to get schedule down. Bi's and Tri's one day, Chest and back, legs and abs,etc... Get a plan going because you're going to get sore. You can't do the same shit every day.
