| Topic | why doesn't america do anything about its gun violence issues? |
| Dark_Spiret 02/15/18 1:19:06 AM #51: | gun control advocates most of the time propose either things that wont work or arnt realistic in this country. so in turn you have the other side ignoring them and generally everything stays in a standstill. even small proposals are shot down because they come across as ignorant of the subject most of the time. and in general it will never really stop because the people who make the rules and laws are the ones who want guns gone and if something doesnt fix an issue you can bet they will be back. this has been proven both in our states and in many other countries. it sounds cliche at this point, but the slippery slope isnt paranoia. to change it all youd need to change the constitution which would require 3/4th of congress making it nearly impossible especially with how divided we are now. --- Currently playing: Forza Horizon 3 - Dead Rising - Hitman ...
