It is in everyone's interest to have updated infrastructural systems in place. Our highway, bridge, and rail systems are in drastic need of repair. This shouldn't be a partisan issue. Some of these projects haven't been repaired in nearly 60 years. That's why I said it should be relegated to local and state governments as needed.
