He prolly thinks you have to text first then shoot so maybe the gun having a cracked screen would cause a misfire. I'm actually pretty bummed i forgot to put my gun on the charger last night and now it has low battery
Are you two being purposefully obtuse? His argument is that if you can't take care of a phone, why should it be a good idea to put a lethal weapon into your hands?

Doesn't really hold up when he's talking about drawing the gun on someone ringing a person up or how they could be "ticking time bombs"
Plus you can take great care of your phone, but that doesn't mean accidents don't happen. With that logic if a person dropped their phone they shouldn't be able to own a gun? It still doesn't make sense
