A woman who had been there at least a couple years longer had only started around 9.30 and was twice my age. She could have probably claimed gender bias if she wanted, but wage increases and different staffing could have also been factors. This was a job in a kitchen, so it was totally physical. We had the same exact position, but like I mentioned earlier it may have been due to having different people hiring us.
