It's seriously only Birth By Sleep and Dream Drop Distance that are needed for 3. And then that mini one on the 2.8, but that thing's just a short thing akin to like, Ground Zeroes. Like even Chain of Memories is NICE to have played for context but not needed for 3 or the main games.
