This kind of got me thinking. my car is listed as stored in a garage at night but in reality I leave it on my driveway.

can "they" weasel out of payment if my car is stolen? (there is enough space in my garage for a car, it's just that the roller door is manual so I can't be fucked getting out. opening it. get back it to park it. then get back out and close the roller)

my friend who works for geico says that you probably receive a discount for keeping it in a garage. if it's found that you don't actually leave it in there, then yeah they might fuck you over for it
however he says that none of the agents see your account history, only what you currently have. so really you could get away with the cheapest insurance and when something happens change it all real quick and then give a call
not that I advocate for that or can even vouch for him >__>
