Topic	How many hours of sleep do you average a night?
RyoCaliente 02/13/18 11:59:36 AM #12:	I used to have a really strict schedule of 7 hours of sleep a night, but seeing as it takes me pretty long to fall asleep, I just upped that to an hour and now I get around 8 hours of sleep a night.
