What I do see is people buying brand name foods then taking it to the service counter to return it so they can buy smokes and booze. Byrone acts like no one has ever worked in retail during high school/college before. No, I act like someone who lives in reality where you can't return stuff purchased with food stamps and get cash back. You CAN, however, return items from one store to another and get cash back. But I don't know about food stamps. You can't with food stamps. What is the point of your post. You can find out with a 5 second Google.
