Yep. Part of the incels community was the promotion of self-degradation, pity, and deserving love and attention from others. They say they can't have sex because women ignore them, or because other men act differently than them, or because of their own insecurities.

Incels was not about promoting healthy coping behaviors or self-improvement; it was a space to foster bitterness.

This doesn't mean they can't have sex. They can get serious supports to address their disorder in the form of interventions to help them address and maintain their anxiety healthy.
