Topic	So my mentally ill + physically disabled dad thinks he's moving in with me

We had a County CPS case because he threw my then 12-year-old brother out of the house in the middle of the night. I've only seen my dad maybe 10 times in the past ten years. He constantly calls the cops on his neighbors and stores for stupid bs. To the point where he was threatened with jail himself.
