It has style in spades, but looking past that I thought it was pretty mediocre or worse. Yes, even taking Bleach into consideration, though that's a close 2nd. I read the Soul Eater manga too since I heard the anime ending was done before the manga ended; the manga was better, but still disappointing. Eh, I guess I can't argue with that, but I thought it was over all still pretty enjoyable even if it wasn't "deep".
