I didn't even know what anime was as a kid, but I remember hearing Rock the Dragon and I knew there was some different about DBZ, something that set it apart from other shows. The music. And I just can't watch Kai, I don't care if they cut the filler or fix the grammar errors in the script, they changed the music. That lame ass Kai shit just doesn't capture the mood or the magnitude of certain moments. I'm not as emotionally invested watching certain scenes during Kai compared to the original, because the music is just so half-assed.
