The only place Star Wars is actually suffering is in toy sales (maybe merchandise as a whole, but I'd assume it's more just toys from all the gloom and doom I've seen nerds cry about), I'm pretty sure. The films still make a nice profit. Hell, I'm pretty sure I read that TLJ was like only the 3rd in terms of drop off when inflation was taken into effect. Disney could screw Star Wars with mismanagement, but they're hardly at the danger zone yet. I don't think people realize that TFA and Rogue Ones are more outliers than norms since they had a lot of casual hype behind them due to being the return of star wars, and the first "side story". --- ...
