How about the fact that 90% of my school life was spent getting bullied, and I was the one that got punished because it was easier than disciplining the bullies? I would be intrigued to hear what constituted being bullied, and how they punished you if there was no wrong-doing. I have 100% had to punish students who reacted to bullying as opposed to the bullies because I can only act on what I see and have proof of.
