| pyresword 02/10/18 3:20:19 PM #165: | One thing I'll say is that my perspective on a lot of Umineko songs changed when I stopped treating them as singular experiences being defined by their Youtube videos, if that makes sense. Like, in context the songs are just background music and are designed to just repeat indefinitely until you move to a different part of the game. So, whether the Youtube version of the song (or even an officially released version of the song on a soundtrack) repeats 0 times, 1 time, or 100 times doesn't really change how I view the song as a whole. All that said, I think Deep Blue Jeer specifically is only average as far as Umineko songs go, so you won't hear much complaint from me about this specific entry.
