It all depends on what you like. Except for Lair of the Blind Ones. Fuck that level I get that the graphics were amazing for N64 and the weapons were better, but I don't want as many corridors. You know your worries are mostly ahead and behind. In the first one, knowing an enemy can come from any direction while you're in an open field was quite unnerving to me as a kid.
