Topic	Blizzard is buffing the hell out of Sombra

She can dish out a lot of damage but she have the lowest health pool in the game (Not counting Zenyatta without shield) and she needs to be considerably close to do her maximum damage, which is a risk for her since most things can 1 or 2 shot her.
