You need to take like all these vitamins or find some obscure alternatives to get it to work. We're omnivorous. Why on earth should we be ashamed of this when no other species on this planet is. We eat living plants. We eat living animals. This is life. Further, by going vegan, you are literally making no impact on the production of animal meat on a global scale, or even a national or local scale. That is all. --- Don't mind me.
