The top 7 teams are largely the same except replace Atlanta with Miami. The top 4 are exactly the same except in different order, and Milwaukee/Indiana have moved from 6th/7th to 5th/6th this year, respectively.

East really hasn't been the crapshoot I expected.

I genuinely believe if the Magic hadn't suffered all those injuries we would be in the mix. Might not make it but we would be around that mark. At the height of injuries we went 1-15. Since the injuries started (2+ starters out per game) we have gone 9-32.

I wouldn't be surprised if once we get starters back (should be soon) we go .500 or better for rest of season unless we intentionally start tanking. I expect we will end up with like 29-32 wins and in no man's land at like 10th pick in draft
