It's like, the most detached form of gameplay you could possibly have in a game. I think it's interesting in SRPGs. I like XCOM. But I simply cannot play traditional turn based games. I've tried my best to like them, but I couldn't do it. It's so incredibly boring and pointless. The Mario & Luigi RPG games is probably the most fun I've had playing a turn based RPG.
