We know how dumb teenagers are. Do we think children are any better? Especially ones who haven't even grown armpit hair. I'm 100% sure that this legislation is more of the Canadian way of "don't offend anyone or make anybody sad, ever, even if it's a little kid who wants to dictate his own life at the age of 7".
