Topic | I've been able to practically eliminate hiccups from my life |
Mead 02/06/18 11:59:00 PM #1: | Basically everytime I get the hiccups I hold my breath, tense up my shoulders, then my chest, and finally my abdomen. I then resume breathing but keep everything tensed up for a minute or so Its dumb but its literally worked every single time, been doing it for at least a year. Not everybody gets hiccups but they were always really annoying to me --- All praise Mead ... Copied to Clipboard! |
