Context has absolutely no bearing in the minds of the mods under the new rules. If you use a term like bastard, thats a flame, regardless of how obvious it is that you werent saying it in a disparaging way.

I got a NWD for "misgendering" Manning the fucking liar, yet someone who called me a basement-dwelling sycophant remains completely unmoderated. People who feign their minority status are more protected than actual users. "No soft flames" my ass. I demand free-will tests for the entire mod team.
