Topic	I work with a guy who drinks almost nothing but Mountain Dew.

Sure redbull has more surgar per ml, but you're also generally drinking less of it compared to soda. Personally I just do the whole flavored sparkling water thing, so I don't get the appeal of soda. Both contain loads of sugar but energy drinks can ** with your heart and give you a bad case of diarrhea.
