Warning: Long post of my disjointed thoughts

I dont like things like changing national anthem to appease people who kept crying tbh xD the point of them is power and strength! If I can cry hard enough that it just changed eeehhh it looks dumb and weak to me.

Well not just national anthem

I dont like that today, if enough people cry and scream injustice media will bend over backwards.
It has ruined stories before (in games and shows) for the sake of not having injustices
But...they still found something to cry about

Instead of focusing on a throughline lets just find a way to include all 142 current genders, and every sexuality variation, maybe some otherkin

People need to stop whining

For example: Im Asian
In most video games and movies, theres mostly white people and some black people (well Im not talking about anime since anime people have no race its just default human being)
Id rather have a good story with good actors.

Now its simple to make someone Asian and doesnt have to change their character. If all the sudden they love noodles and math thats pretty racist

So if thats how you think to handle things
Dont change anything
You risk being more offensive trying to do something you dont fully understand!

I do think female diversity matters.
If all heroes are men and all seconds are women yeah that can be harmful

But every kid I know is faster to be like shes a girl like me! Than oh she isnt asian? Or anything like that.

And its nice to see some people writing stories where yeah girls can do awesome things without really relying on anyone, or with relying on some close people but not because hes a man and therefor better at this.

I also dont like how people will point at the awesome Japanese martial arts master as Asian representation because that character is usually filled with stereotypes and often part of the white hero story where a white man learns an ancient Asian art, becomes better than all the fragile Asians, gets the girl (often Asian princess) and then saves the Asians (sometimes from themselves)

Also because Im vietnamese so cool one size fits all representation is awesome I guess? Not really.

Well, those are my thoughts I guess.
