I think I may have been flirted with once, by my previous crush. Then again she's just a very friendly type person and maybe she was just in a bubbly mood that night. She usually just hung out till time to leave, talking about Pokemon or drawing things for people. Then this night she actually started paying attention to me, making it a point to stand by me and talk with me even though others were trying to talk with her, and she ignored them, I tried my best to joke around with her, and we laughed. Then it was time for her to leave and my shift was just starting. She stuck around until everyone else left and we talked some more, it was nice. Then she decided to leave, and as she went out the door she called back to me "Hey Duuuuustiiiiiin!" and when I looked, she was leaned really far backwards peeking into the door and she smiled and said "Byeeeeeeeeee!" then vanished real quick.

I spent all night long trying to figure out if she was flirting or just in a silly mood. After that she always behaved normally around me, being her quiet but still friendly self. I mean, I feel like I did everything I could to be funny and interesting then, so I assume I misread the situation and she was never interested at all.

The other co-workers kept trying to get us to date, saying we'd make a great couple, and we'd have beautiful children. Y'know, the silly stuff people say trying to give obvious hints. Anyway, once I told someone that I'd be willing to date her if she was interested, that all stopped immediately. I suppose word probably got to her and she shut it down.
