That doesn't mean it can't be fun, you can't like it, or it doesn't have redeeming qualities though. Just like what I said about 7 Days. It runs like garbage, the graphics are outdated, it's got bugs and glitches out the ass but it's still fun, I still play it, and I still enjoy it. And I enjoy when some of it's issues are fixed. Being contempt with shoddy game design just because it has elements you enjoy will pretty much guarantee game devs start half assing games.
