Divisive Rule - Only 30% of your poulation like your "leader", it takes longer for your population to do anything because they are too busy arguing with each other. Tweeter - There's an 80% chance that a research will fail because the "leader" sent out a Twit about it and that made half the population upset, thus, ruining the research's chance at succeeding.
