It's only 4 pages (which should tell you that it's not exactly a detailed accounting of corruption it claims to be), but basically it said that the Government used info from the Pee-tape dossier to apply for a warrant to spy on Trump people. Since the pee-tape dossier hasn't been fully verified, they're saying the warrant was obtained illegally. But in reality the warrant was obtained before the dossier was even created, and regardless, information from a reliable source (such as the guy who compiled the dossier) is often enough to get a warrant anyways.
